Some Questions You Might Have

General

How do we get started?

We are excited to collaborate with you.  Please contact us to say hello and tell us more about your project by scheduling a consultation or using our contact form. We will begin working on your project after all of the specifics have been worked out, the contract has been signed, and the deposit has been received.

What is required of me before we get started?

Any basic information about the project and any assets associated with it.

How does your design process work?

We start by discussing the project details with you to establish the scope of the project and create a creative brief. Once these factors are determined we can provide you with a project timeline and set up milestones to keep you updated on the developments. We begin the project by researching ideas and refine this information into a strong concept. We then create the assets to share with you for your feedback. If any changes are required, we make them and send them back for feedback until we receive your approval.

How will I receive the finished design?

When we get the final payment, we will release the completed job to you. We will provide the  electronic files on a usb, dropbox, or by email upon your request. We also keep a duplicate of your project in case of future modifications or if you misplace your copy.

Who owns the copyright for the design?

When the remainder is paid in full, the customer receives the copyright for all work completed by Monday at Five. We will, however, maintain the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

Timeline

How long will it take to complete my project?

A branding project takes 2 to 3 weeks on average, depending on complexity, whereas a website design might take up to 6 weeks. Because each job is unique, please let us know if you have a deadline when you contact us.

How far in advance do I need to book you?

A two-week notice period is ideal for starting a new project because we want to ensure that you get the time and attention you deserve.

Payment

Do you require upfront payment?

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable payment to ensure your space in the design queue before we begin any project.

What are your payment terms?

All projects require a 50% upfront deposit to secure your spot in our schedule. The remaining 50% will be due when the work has been completed.

Are your rates flexible?

Our rates are non-negotiable, although we are willing to work with most budgets. We work with companies of all sizes and budgets. We will spend less time on your project and restrict the number of design alternatives and revisions. We can usually find a solution that fits within your budget.

You’ve got a vision – we’ve got the skills.
